At MHV Admirals Youth Football & Cheer, we’re committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive experience for young athletes in our community. Below are answers to common questions about pricing, registration, and our policies.
How much does registration cost?
Registration fees vary by program and season. Fees help offset the cost of:
- Equipment and uniforms
- Field permits and facility rentals
- Insurance and safety requirements
- League fees and officiating
- End-of-season events and more
Please note: MHVA is a nonprofit. Your registration fee does not cover the full cost of participation—we rely on donations, sponsorships, and fundraising to help keep our programs affordable.
Are registration fees refundable?
Refunds are only offered if MHVA cancels an event or program.
We do not offer refunds for:
- No-shows
- Schedule changes or personal conflicts
- Voluntary withdrawal after registration
Once registered, your child’s spot is secured and program expenses begin accruing right away.
Why aren’t refunds given if we don’t attend?
As a nonprofit, we operate on a tight budget. Registration fees help cover essential costs like uniforms, staffing, and insurance. When a participant does not attend, those costs have already been committed on their behalf. Offering refunds in those cases would jeopardize the program’s financial stability.
What happens if MHVA cancels an event?
If an event is cancelled due to weather, safety issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Reschedule when possible, or
- Offer a full refund only if the event cannot be rescheduled
Can I transfer my registration?
In most cases, registrations are non-transferable. If you have a unique situation, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I apply a promo code after registering?
No. Promo codes must be entered at the time of registration. We are unable to retroactively apply discounts or offer refunds to participants who registered without entering a promo code.
How else can I support MHVA?
MHVA is 100% volunteer-run and depends on community support. You can help by:
- Volunteering at events
- Becoming a sponsor
- Making a donation
- Sharing our program with family and friends
